Reaching the Unreached

The Forgotten Ones Program serves youth and young adults in the Sacramento area who are navigating serious challenges — including poverty, exposure to violence, limited access to opportunity, and difficulty transitioning into adulthood. These youth need confidence, mentorship, and a safe environment where they are seen, supported, and encouraged to grow.

Through mentorship, wellness programs, leadership development, and life skills training, our program helps youth discover their strengths and move toward productive lives.

Gang & Violence Prevention

Direct intervention for youth aged 12-18 exposed to gang activity and gun violence in Sacramento communities.

Dropout Recovery

Reaching youth who have dropped out of school, providing pathways back to education and productive futures.

Justice System Collaboration

Working directly with Sacramento PD, probation, and parole to provide alternatives and support for at-risk youth.

Meet Our Founder

Aaron Cardoza

Community leader, activist, and mentor dedicated to transforming Sacramento's youth. As the founder of The Forgotten Ones Program Services Inc., Aaron brings years of hands-on experience working with at-risk youth, court systems, and community organizations.

His passion for mentorship and unwavering commitment to Sacramento's forgotten youth drives every aspect of our programming. Aaron believes in meeting youth where they are — without judgment — and walking alongside them as they build brighter futures.
